• $10 per night for each additional guest. Children two years and under are free!

Policies:

• We are open year-round.
• Reservations are recommended.
• There is a two-night minimum stay required on holidays. An additional fee of $25 will be charged for reservations less than two nights. Payment of 1/2 the total rental is required as a deposit.
• Cash and most major credit cards are accepted. Please call for details.
• Extended stays discounts may be available. Please call for details.

• Check-in is from 3pm - 6pm. Check-out is 11am. Please let us know if you need other arrangements.
• Our cancellation policy is 14 days. Refunds are honored less a $15 cancellation processing fee if we are able to fill the vacancy. If we are unable to fill the vacancy, we will retain 50% of the deposit.

• Please, no pets. Instead, we invite you to enjoy the animals found on the farm.
• No smoking indoors.
• Supervised children are welcome. The house is not strictly child-proof. We will give notice to parents of particularly curious or active children.
