Rates and Reservations

• First-floor suite (one queen and queen sleeper sofa) with private shower bath
• Four second-floor bedrooms (two queen, one full, two twin, and one child fulton)
• Crib available upon request for an additional $10
• Two second-floor bathrooms (one with walk-in shower, one with ball-foot soaking tub)
• Fully equipped modern kitchen
• Washer and dryer
• Stone fireplace with gas insert
• Air conditioning
• Color television with satellite dish service and DVD/VCR 
• Maximum occupancy  12 to 14

• Linens and towels provided
• Hand soap, body wash, shampoo and condition provided
• Hair dryer in each bathroom
• Iron and Ironing board
• VHS/DVD library
• Books and board games available

• Prices range from $150-$250 for two occupants.   Please call for exact prices.  
• $10 per night for each additional guest.  
• Children two years and under are free.  
• We are open year-round.   Reservations are recommended.
• Two night minimum stay is required on weekends and holidays.  An additional cleaning fee of $25 will be charged for reservations less than two nights.
• Deposit payment of 1/2 the total rental is required as a deposit.
• Cash or most major credit cards accepted.
• Extended stay discounts available.  Call for details.
• Check-in is from 3PM to 6 PM.  Check-Out is 11 AM.  Please let us know ahead of time to make special arrangements for early or later check-in/check-out.

• Our cancellation policy is 14 days.  Refunds are honored less a $15 cancellation processing fee if we are able to fill the vacancy.  If we are unable to rerent the house, we we have to retain the 50% deposit.

• Sorry, no pets.  Instead, we invite you to enjoy the animals on the farm.
• Fresh-air smoking only.
• Supervised children are welcome.  The house is not strictly childproof; notice is given to parents of particulary curious or active children.
